1. What should I expect during my first massage session?
Your first session will begin with a short consultation to discuss your health history, areas of pain or tension, and your wellness goals. This ensures your treatment is fully customized to your needs.
2. Who performs the massage?
All treatments are provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Massage Therapist with years of experience in pain relief, injury recovery, and therapeutic care.
3. Do you offer direct billing for insurance?
At this time, we do not offer direct billing. However, we can provide a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
4. How do I prepare for my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to relax before your session. If it’s your first visit, we recommend filling out any intake forms in advance.
5. How often should I book a massage?
It depends on your condition and goals. Many clients find relief with biweekly or monthly sessions. For chronic pain, more frequent treatments may be recommended initially.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
